• YMCA Administration -
  • Director of Mission Advancement - Full Time
    Under the general function of the CEO and consistent with the Christian Mission of the YMCA, the Financial Development Director is responsible for the development and execution of strategic cultivation activities that contribute to the long-term growth of the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA including leading all aspects of the association’s annual Community Partners Campaign, planned giving, Heritage Club, grants and special events. This is a highly visible role that is responsible for raising funds, maintaining a positive relationship between donors and the community, as well as, stewardship of gifts. The role is responsible for establishing and managing grants and ensuring the timely generation of donor-related correspondence and reports. He/she will work to develop and maintain partnerships with other organizations with the community. Check out the complete job description here.

YMCA Wellness Department
Part-time positions available for:
  • The Sidney-Shelby County YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic mission driven Wellness Center Coach/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging people of all ages to build relationships and help each individual to reach their health and wellness goals. The Wellness Center Coach/Trainer is a part-time position with morning and evening shifts available. Certifications are a plus but not required as the Y will provide training to the right candidate.   • The Wellness Department is seeking group exercise class instructor experience who desire to positively impact people’s lives.
