Fall Basketball Leagues: 
Co-Ed Basketball League
A fundamental basketball league that helps build the basic skills for future athletes. NOTE: Athletes and coaches registered in this league may attend our special Professional Basketball Cclinic for FREE! (See flyer at the bottom of the page).

Lil’ Hoops Basketball League
(Ages 3-4)

We are offering a new way for younger learners to enjoy the game of basketball! Each child will be placed on a team and will be shooting at a hoop no higher than 6 ft. Games will be played with a soft, smaller basketball and played on only 1/4 of the court.

*First practice Oct. 20. No preseason for this age group.

Students / parents will need to complete the waiver form and review the introduction packet before the start of class.

BASKETBALL CLASS - Ages 5 and up
Learn the basic fundamentals of basketball; shooting, dribbling, rebounding, defense, passing, and much more! Or, if you're preparing to try out for a team, this class will help you grasp the concepts needed to help you refresh and improve your basketball skills before tryouts.

S.E.T. (Sports Enhancement Training) - Ages 8-12 (*FREE to youth on a family membership!)
S.E.T. is a sports enhancement class that will focus on building total body strength, power, agility and flexibility. Our goal is to help athletes achieve their highest level of sports performance while getting stronger and faster. This class is not sports specific and all athletes from ages 8 to 12 are welcome. Sign up today and get S.E.T. to see your sports potential increase like never before!
