BASKETBALL CLASS - Ages 5 and up
Learn the basic fundamentals of basketball; shooting, dribbling, rebounding, defense, passing, and much more! Or, if you're preparing to try out for a team, this class will help you grasp the concepts needed to help you refresh and improve your basketball skills before tryouts.

S.E.T. is a sports enhancement class that will focus on building total body strength, power, agility and flexibility. Our goal is to help athletes achieve their highest level of sports performance while getting stronger and faster. This class is not sports specific and all athletes from ages 8 to 12 are welcome. TAE KWON DO - Ages 7 and up
Students learn traditional Tae Kwon Do with kicks, blocks, punches and data. Emphasis is placed on practical self defense. Class is instructed by Black Belts, Chris and Candi Journell. Collectively they have over 40 years of martial arts experience. This class also includes strengthening, mental focus, flexibility, and philosophy.
