The Youth Center is typically staffed Monday - Thursday from 5PM to 8PM. Please check the schedule posted in the Youth Center for details on climbing wall hours and special events and activities.

Do you need someone to look after your child while you work out? We're here for you! Child Watch is complimentary for those with children age six weeks through six years who are included on their Y Family Membership. Please contact the Welcome Center for more information.
Through our partnership with Wilson Health, we offer complimentary Athletic Trainer services to our members. Melissa Noble, AT, ATC, has day and evening hours available each week. Service hours are posted on the door and are also available at the Welcome Center and online. Appointments are encouraged but not required. Through our Community Partners Program, the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA strives to turn no one away who lives or works in Shelby County due to their inability to pay. Approximately 2000 individuals each year receive full or partial assistance for memberships and programs participation. Assistance helps provide opportunities for such things as Teen Leadership programs, swimming lessons, child care and many other vital services and programs.
