COME SHOW YOUR COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND HELP US GIVE OUR LOCAL KIDS A FUN FAMILY DAY!
Calling all Businesses, Non-Profits, families and friends of the Y,
You are invited to join us on Saturday, October 21st for our FALL FAMILY FUN FEST!
You will be given a parking space in our West Parking Lot where you can decorate a vehicle trunk and pass out treats (healthy treats and trinkets are encouraged but not required. You are also welcome to pass out marketing items.) Make your area festive and fun - just be sure to keep it kid and family friendly. To be sensitive to children with sensory issues and food allergies, we ask that participants adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please consider offering a healthy snack or trinket for those with allergies. Example: pencils, pretzels, stickers, etc.
- Please DO NOT decorate your trunk / parking space area with anything scary. Only happy, friendly, fun decorations please. NO flashing lights or loud music.
- You may come as early as 12pm to set up. Please be ready to go at 3 pm.
- Community Trunk or Treat will run from 3pm to 5pm*.
(in case of inclement weather, this portion of the event will be moved indoors and a table and two chairs will be provided to you.)
*Please note that FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN, our West Parking Lot will be CLOSED TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC from 3pm to 5pm as the kids and their families will be walking through trick or treating at each vehicle trunk.
